Audit & Compliance Agent OBO Inc. may conduct quarterly compliance reviews for badge licensees. Licensee must remediate findings within specified SLAs. Telemetry feeds (where applicable) must remain active during term.

Term; Renewal; Termination Initial one year term; annual renewals subject to continued compliance and fee payment. Immediate termination for material breach, brand misuse, or security failures impacting certification integrity.
